Our goal is to create software that accelerates the creation, publication and application of knowledge from ‘omic research, with a mission to translate genomic data into biological and clinical insights.
Our current products are:
  • Geneious Pro – Cross-platform sequence analysis software designed for biologists to discover, analyse and publish DNA sequences and related data types. Almost unlimited extensibility is available through the Public API.

  • Geneious Server – High performance, server-based extension to Geneious Pro for biologists engaging in high through sequencing applications such as genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics and phylogenetis. Geneious Server implements HPC cluster interface via Oracle Grid Engine, LFS or PBS/Torque.
